How do I book my appointment?

As you did before, the best way to contact me is via Email (laura.therapies@gmail.com) - you can also contact me via phone at 0892133301. Please note this is not a walk inservice, only by-appointment.

  • If you are a new client:

    •  Full consultation will be sent to you prior to your appointment and will need to be completed online before you come into the clinic. To see the consultation form click here: https://eu.jotform.com/form/201823110545342

    • If you are unsure whether any of the treatments I provide is for you, I am open to a phone consultation to provide advice on what may be best for you at this moment.

  • Payments: The preferred method is cash but payments will be available either by cash or card.

    • Cash payments: To minimise contact please bring the exact amount and place it in an envelope that I will provide.

    • Card payments: Card payments are processed prior to your treatment. You can send payment to laura.therapies@gmail.com via paypal or use the following link to complete the payment: https://feetyoursoul.swoofee.com 

Safety measures on your treatment day

  • The day before your appointment you will be emailed a reminder together with a link to an online COVID check form that you must complete within 24 hours of coming for your appointment. It is very short and straight forward and it won't take longer than 1 minute. Online COVID screening form: https://form.jotform.com/201814873822356

  • If you have been abroad within 14 days from your appointment to a country outside of the Irish green list, or if you feel cold/flu-like symptoms or have a high temperature please reschedule your appointment.

  • Please arrive in time for your appointment. Do not arrive early, do not come in late. There will be no extra time added at the end of your treatment if you arrive late to your appointment. 

  • For your safety, my safety and the safety of all involved, please bring your own mask. If you don’t have one I will provide a disposable surgical mask for you.

  • Please sanitize your hands upon entrance and wash your hands thoroughly before entering the treatment room.

  • Please do not bring anyone with you the day of your treatment. No one other than clients who are to receive treatments are allowed to be in the waiting room.

  • To minimise contact I will provide a small plastic storage box where you can place all your items, clothes, etc. The container will be disinfected after each use.

  • As a temporary measure, I won’t be able to provide the little things like an electric blanket, hot water bottle, eye pillow, etc. Please feel free to bring your own water, blankets, eye pillows if you feel more comfortable.

  • I have added extra measures and extra time between appointments to allow time to clean and disinfect all areas before the next appointment. As always every client will receive fresh clean sheets and towels. 

  • It is my intention, as always, that you will leave feeling pampered, loved and cared for. My priority is to make you feel safe, relaxed and comfortable during the duration of your treatment.

Blue and Green Self-Quarantine Guideline

CANCELLATION AND RESPECTED APPOINTMENT TIMES:

  • The cancellation policy will be adapted for this period of time. You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment. If less than 24hours is given you will be liable for the full amount of the treatment fee you booked. However, you may reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before your treatment without incurring any charge. If you fail in giving at least 2 hours to reschedule your appointment your full fee will be liable and deducted. This temporary ease in cancellation policy is to facilitate those who may wake up with symptoms the day of their treatment. It will enable them to reschedule their appointment for a later time.

  • Clients must arrive in time for their appointment. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early and for your own benefit do not arrive late.

  • Clients who show up late will not be given extra time. Time must be respected for all clients and therapist. If you are late for your appointment and decide to cancel the treatment your fee will be non-refundable. If you arrive late for your appointment the time will be deducted as your therapist needs that time to clear the space and disinfect all surfaces before the next client comes in.
